    Hi,

We are facing issues at checkout again. We are using ver. 1.6.4 as latest plugin has also created issues so we downgraded the plugin. It was working proper till now.

Now we are facing error as “Something went wrong” & UNPROCESSABLE ENTITY.
Our Client has purchased product from UK and we have kept USD for all countries except India. Her transaction showed her as Failed Order but we had received payment.
Since upgrading to this plugin, we are facing a lot issues.

    Thank you

    Hi @devnp,

The reported multi-currency issue will be fixed with the upcoming update 1.7.0.

To better judge what could be causing other errors, we’d be interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files.

You can copy the system report from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

These plugin log files are only written when “Logging” is enabled in the plugin settings. If enabled, every transaction will create a log entry that can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.?
In case “Logging” was not yet enabled, could you please enable it and then try again to reproduce the error message so it is stored in the logs?

You can share the logs either here in the forums or privately with us from here:
    https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
If you send us a private message, please include a link to this thread.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
