    Hi
    I have made an woocommerce website for one of my client. I have added the paypal payment integrated with woocommerce. I have also added my client’s paypal email in it. But when a customer order and make payment the payment goes to my email address which is the admin email address i dont have any paypal acc with the email. Why its happening?

    I need to solve the problem. Need some suggestions

    Hi there,

    Just to make sure – have you double-checked that the email address configured under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal is that of your customer? Also, did you perhaps configure a staging/testing site and customers are purchasing products or *that* site (where your own email address might have been used) instead of the live one?

    Finally – Are orders being successfully marked as “Processing” or “Completed” in WooCommerce?

    Thanks for quick reply. I have double checked everything.the email is right and this is no testing stage and orders are marked as processing. Even I got mail from paypal that i have recieved payment. But i dont have any paypal acc with the admin email @riaanknoetze

    Hmmm, that sounds odd indeed! Have you checked (or asked your client) whether *your* email address is configured at PayPal.com to received notifications? Also – is the Payment Gateway set to use sandbox mode perhaps?
