I have had people trying to checkout on my store icon, when buying an item after they get through the checkout, and push the button Paypal to pay, it either gives them an error page. Or it does not work at all. The person can not checkout and pay for the item? How do I correct this on my website?

Hope you can help. <a href=”https://www.sports4everybody.com”

    Thanks,

What plugin are you using for the eCommerce functionality?

Hello James, I have looked at all of my plugins, and don’t see anything about this? I had my website built by Vibrant Web, and I called Paypal yesterday, and the Customer Service person, told me that there was no Paypal button on my checkout for payment. There was only a Logo there for Paypal? I had my daughter to try and order, and she was right. When you get through all of the steps in the shopping cart, and then ready to checkout, the form of payment shows just the Logo Paypal, no button to pay for your item?

So, I guess the webdeveloper, just did not put one on my website.

I don’t know anything about eCommerce?

    Thanks, for the information.

What plugins are you using? WordPress doesn’t have its own shopping cart system.
