Paypal payment failed

update: i am able to export the form to another one of my websites and the Paypal works. i have no idea how this works

If the same form is working on a different site, then that would tend to point to either a conflict with some other active plugin/theme/script on the site where it’s not working.

Or there may be something server-side that is blocking things, like a firewall perhaps.

So first things to check would be a possible plugin conflict. If you can, temporarily deactivate all other plugins on the troublesome site and test again.

If that doesn’t prove fruitful, you’d want to check with your host if there is maybe something on their end that could be interfering or blocking things.

I know that plugins arent an issue because both sites use the exact same ones and i even deactivated all the other plugins and this issue still persisted. i am using godaddy managed wordpress hosting, and my other website that the Paypal actually works on is hosted on azure. could there be an issue with the in-built cache that godaddy managed WordPress hosting has? also what does “Payment failed, please try again!” even mean? it isn’t helpful just to know that the payment failed, I want to know the cause.

I finally solved the issue. The problem was with my hosting, which was godaddy managed WordPress hosting, which doesn’t seem to be very compatible with forminator unfortunately possible due to the server cache that I mentioned earlier. I switched to digital ocean hosting and the Paypal form worked. Thank you for your advice!

I’m sorry to hear that you couldn’t figure out what exaclty was the issue on GoDaddy. By any chance, do you still have the account there? Perhaps if we enable debug we would be able to find out the exact issue, of course, this is only if you would still like to find out.
