    the 2 PayPal payment options are caused by 2 different plugins. The bottom plugin with the yellow payment button is our plugin. The other option seems to be an older PayPal plugin. You need to deactivate the other PayPal plugin or deactivate the payment option to get it removed from this page.

    The “MISSING SHIPPING ADDRESS” error shows when PayPal rejects a payment. This error is triggered when incomplete address details are sent to PayPal and provides a bit of context for a developer, but end users usually don’t know what that is supposed to mean.

    Possibly a better error would be: PayPal refused the transaction. Please verify your billing details and try again.

    Hi,

    I don’t have another paypal plugin except stripe. https://imgur.com/rCH4OdV
    I still cannot understand which plugin is creating this problem.

    You can copy the logfiles from here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.
