Paypal Payflow

Hi:

I am integrating Paypal Pro and I get the error:

Error #1. User authentication failed: Recurring Billing.

When the credentials are definitely messed up I get the error:

Error #1. User authentication failed

Any ideas, I think I have everything entered correctly, am I missing something on the payflow setup?
