After the donate button is clicked the PayPal page (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr) loads blank/white.

I tried in sandbox mode and the same thing happens. I have a regular PP donate button on my site and it works fine.

Hi. I fixed this issue by removing excess HTML from the page. However when i designate a Fund it does not carry over to PayPal. On the PayPal screen it only says Purpose: Donation… instead of the designated fund. Any idea?

I’m sorry about the delay. As you probably know from my support forum post, I’ve been away on a family emergency.

We don’t send the fund information over to PayPal. I don’t think there’s a field for individual fund. When you make a donation via PayPal, that’s a different transaction type than a sale, so the purpose becomes donation.

In another post I saw this may be an issue with securi. I have used this but it is no longer installed. I now use wordfence. Any ideas?

I’ve spoken with Wordfence and we (both me and the Wordfence folks) don’t think it’s them. It is possible it’s Sucuri. I’ve spoken to one of their lead developers and he’s working on providing me with a patch I can put into Seamless Donations that he thinks will meld with his system.

At this point, I’m waiting for his additional guidance.
