paypal page link works and they register but no paypal payment is posted

  • I am charging a $10 one time fee with paypal business (not PRO). Have the mambership set on level 1. made the paypal button in s2 member with the button creator with a direct to the registration page after payment. When clicking on the paypal button it takes you to paypal correctly and appears to be set up correctly with amount, but the payments arent posting and visitors are still able to register (they are listed in users) Called paypal and said that no payments are hitting account. Have sandbox set to “off”.

    lamh, could you verify that your s2’s PayPal configuration is complete and correct? WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options

    While troubleshooting, could you enable logging? Do a new test purchase and review the logs to see if you notice any errors mentioned there. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Log Files -> Configuration
