    @michaelbourne, Are you saying about the blue iframe ? If so then that is actually Paypal Marketing solution.

    If you want to turn that off then in your wp-admin > settings > PayPal for woocommerce > global> you can reset that.
    Please give that a shot and i’m sure that popup will be hidden.

    @michaelbourne, As Oliver mentioned, you can disable those banners within the Marketing Solutions section of the Express Checkout settings. That said, it’s recommended that you leave it enabled because it has been statistically proven to increase both avg. order amount and conversion rates on websites where the PayPal Credit banners are displayed.
