Paypal not working

VFB Pro v 3.1.8 plugin and
VFB Pro – Payments v2.0.8 DOES NOT WORK on my website:See culinaryguild.org/membership-application-2/
When I click the Submit Application button it computes for some time and then goes directly to the Thank-You page.
Please help.
