    Hi,

    Recently, We switched the site’s shopping portal plugin to PayPal Payments, but the money is not withdrawn from the customer’s account or deposited into our PayPal account. Could you please let us know where the problem is. The messages we see in the order page are as follows:

    *Awaiting payment. Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.

    *PayPal order payment is set to PENDING status, details: The payee does not have a PayPal account.

    Hello @islimagames

    I suggest disconnecting your PayPal account, then reconnecting using the automatic onboarding process.

    After reconnecting, you should then resubscribe to the webhooks, please enable Logging in the plugin settings and then visit the Webhook Status section on the Connections page.

    First, click on Resubscribe, and after the page is reloaded, Simulate to verify that the webhooks are received.
    It may take a few seconds until confirmation appears.
