PayPal method payment

I added the paypal payment method to VikRentCar, but after entering the email address, it does not redirect me to payment.

I would like to be able to accept online payments from customers. How can I do this?

I thought that after adding this payment method, the customer ordering the rental service would be redirected to the PayPal subpage with the option to pay through his account or by credit card.
