Site is under development. Using Simple Membership with PayPal, when checking out you can either log into PayPal or “Checkout as Guest”, which requires you to submit your email address. On other sites I’ve done using PayPal buttons, you have a “Pay without a PayPal account” option that that allows you to use a credit card, but doesn’t require an email address submission. This might seem like a small thing, but the client wants the “Pay without a PayPal account” option, because he thinks that some people won’t want to submit their email address.

Is this a Simple Membership thing, or is it a PayPal button thing?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi, what type of PayPal account are you currently using with the plugin?

    Thank you

If you upgrade your paypal account to a PayPal business account (it’s free to upgrade), then your customers can pay via a credit card on the paypal checkout page.
