    Hi, I suddenly have a problem with WooCommerce PayPal Payments, so that the PayPal option from this plugin is no longer displayed in the checkout.
    I also had Paypal Standard installed but deactivated. I have now uninstalled it, but that doesn’t help. Paypal Standard is still available under Payments, although the plugin has been uninstalled and I can also activate it, so that it appears in the checkout. Unfortunately I don’t understand that…

    Can you help me with a solution?

    Hello @marcrix

    You may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

    Hi, I have deactivated all plugins except woocommerce and wooocommerce payment and also switched to stroefront theme. The issue is the same as mentioned before.

    An addition: The plugin was not visible in checkout after I have disabled “sofort” and “giropay” options. But when I activate those options again, Paypal not appears in checkout again. That’s confusing.

    What can I do now and how can I solve that issue?

    To better judge what could be causing this, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files.

    The system report can be accessed here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

    You can copy the log files here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

    It looks like this issue was caused by a compatibility problem with the Checkout Field Editor plugin. But this issue has been fixed recently, so I will mark this thread resolved as well.
