Paypal is charging same price as the product price

Hi @stoaufik – This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

• WooCommerce Payment Gateway Based Fees: by InoPlugs – 3.1.10 – Installed version not tested with active version of WooCommerce 4.2.0

Are those extensions being used to calculate the shipping rate for your orders? If so, please check with the support of each of these plugins for help.

If the shipping is being set in WooCommerce core, please share a screenshot of your setup for the shipping so we can take a look.

Hi,

Advanced Flat Rate Shipping For WooCommerce was activated but wasn’t being used. So i deleted it. Also, WooCommerce Payment Gateway Based Fees was activated after this problem started acquiring but I disabled it anyway.

There are 2 shipping methods on the site, One is free delivery another one is flat rate which we named UPS and flat rate is currently disabled.

We want to provide free delivery now, I think that’s it.
