    Hi AlwaysTheSame,
    Thanks for choosing IntellyWP products.
The TCM plugin insert <script> code (so written in Javascript) into your page in specific place (pages, posts, ecommerce thankyou page, etc).

Please send us the script that you need to track so we can help you.
If your script contains confidential information send us an email to [email protected]
    Bye, Alex.

    Hi

    Thanks for your response.

The problem is, that not everyone returns after the paypal payment process back to the shop thankyou page. I know there is the possibility to set a return URL and set the configuration in Paypal to autoreturn, but it’s not a 100% option, it’s still possible for the buyers to jump out after the payment process. But i’ve read, that Paypal offers the IPN (Instant Payment Notification: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/products/instant-payment-notification/) to receive Instant Notifications to track payments, independent from the users behavior.

So you don’t offer a option to use IPN within your TCM, right? Or do you have an other opportunity within your TCM to handle this situations?

    Thx

IPN is a service that PayPal offers where you need to specify an URL of your website that PayPal will call once the payment is completed.
In that page you need to parse (using a Server Side scripting language, like PHP) the parameters that PayPal pass you.
Our plugin is not designed to do this, our plugin allow you to insert in WP pages <script> code.
    Bye, Alex.
