Paypal IPN sent, but orders still show pending

  • I have set up the ipn in paypal (as in the Woocommerce docs)

    as well as the auto return page

    yoursite.com/checkout/order-received/

    Payments go through, the customer is autoreturned, paypal shows that the IPN has been sent, but orders show as pending instead of processing (or complete if it is a download)

    Can anyone help please?
