Hello, I have a forminator form set up on https://wthsnj.org/membership-donations/ and it’s working fine, with PayPal integration, but my client is receiving emails from PayPal stating

“Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

    https://wthsnj.org/?page=gf_paypal_ipn

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.”

I don’t understand what they are referring to. Do you have any idea? Is there something I missed setting up? Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @ctullo

    I hope you’re well today!

This isn’t related to Formiantor. Forminator doesn’t use the IPN functionality and never used.

By the looks of the URL it seems it’s related to Gravity Forms plugin. I’m honestly not sure if Gravity Forms is still using IPN but if it does and your Client is using Gravity Forms on site – they would need to look into it in Gravity Forms.

If there’s no Gravity Forms anymore, then it would mean that IPN is still configured in PayPal so they’d need to go to “Profile and Settings -> My selling Tools” in their PayPal account and deactivated IPN there (sort of reverse to what’s described here).

    Best regards,
    Adam
