Paypal IPN Not Working

  • Using a donation form with Paypal IPN enabled. The progress bar isn’t updating when someone makes a donation via the donation form. I don’t see how the IPN transaction information gets sent back to the plugin? Should I configure the Notification URL in PayPal to be the page with the smart form shortcode, or just to the main page?
