PayPal IPN Listener?

What happened to “/?paypalListener=paypal_standard_IPN” for PayPal IPN callbacks? It went away in version 2.0 and I cannot seem to find a documented replacement posted anywhere on the site.
The old use “/?paypalListener=paypal_standard_IPN” docs are still in place.
