PayPal IPN Anomaly

    We use the Stamps.com plugin for USPS shipping. In the WordPress Admin panel, When the Paypal ipn plugin is activated, the rate tables from stamps are distorted. Would like to send you a couple of screen shots but don’t see any way to attach here. Would appreciate any suggestion on how to handle this.
