PayPal Integration Not Working

    Hi.

    I have had several clients attempt to make payment through this page and the payment integration is not working. I have several products on my site that use your free version and I would suspect that none of the integrations are working on the many booking forms.

    I did not make an attempt to turn off the plugin because it is needed for my clients to purchase tarot readings.

    All versions are updated – plugin and site so at a loss as to why the add-on integration has stopped working.

    This issue is only with the PayPal integration. Stripe integrations seems to work perfectly as of this writing.
    Please advise.

  • Please advise that you have right-clicking disabled so it is difficult to determine how to troubleshoot these errors. Please turn off right clicking so we can investigate further.

    Our first thought is that this could be an issue with your paypal account.

    Hi Jason.
    I have disabled right click. It was disabled December 12th.
    I have also submitted a new support email to you from the email address of Dec 12th.

    I am still experiencing issues with PayPal integration not performing properly. Customers are able to submit the contact form but not payment from either PayPal or Stripe. I have had 5 customers today that were not taken through to PayPal.

    I have contacted PayPal. It is NOT my account. I have contacted developers with MemberPress. It is NOT Memberpress. I have contacted Stripe payments. It is NOT STRIPE. Finally, I have contacted my hosting company. Hosting has provided me an error log which I am attaching below along with the urls of the pages I need assistance with.

    No one ever followed up with me after your message above, nor from the message I sent yesterday.

    I have over 15 products using this form, so it would be best if we could communicate by email.
    I am in receipt of a ticket submission 7959.

    Please advise.

    We are at ticket 6613 so it is impossible that you are at 7959 and we would have replied already in the system.. my last response here was 2 weeks ago which you just responded to.

    I thought it was odd the response I received as the name did not sound familiar.
    And no, that is not the link I followed to submit a ticket.
