A couple of users of my site have purchased tickets using PayPal but My Tickets seems to have failed to complete the transaction correctly.

I’ve been sent mails (apparently from the plugin) saying ‘WP HTTP Failed to contact the payment gateway: 403’.

The PayPal transaction completed successfully but the payment was showing as Pending. I set the transactions to Completed but can’t get tickets to be associated with the payment.

    How can I do this?

    Thanks

    Ian

  • I also have this same issue.

I had the previous release installed and the plugin was working fine (although I kept getting 4 or 5 emails saying ‘Online ticket sales for are now closed) and then a couple of days ago I got the ‘WP HTTP Failed to contact the payment gateway: 403’ emails.

I updated the plugin to the current release but I still have the same issues.

I have currently stopped using the plugin and hope that the issue can be solved by the developer. It is a fantastic plugin.

I should have an update out today that’ll resolve this issue. I’m still testing, though, so I don’t have definite confirmation of the resolution yet.

    Hi Joe,

Your update has worked for me. No HTTP ERRORS or false trigger emails.

    Thanks Joe,
