    Hey,

The paypal integration has been changed on the PayPal side so the API fields to be entered in PMS (API username, API Password and API signature) are no longer the same as provided by PayPal (App name, Client ID and Secret Key). Also, there is now something called Live Webhooks where lots of messages can be sent, which supposedly replaces the old url for IPN.

My connection doesn’t seem to be working, so please help me on how to set up PMS with this new way of configuring the API

Please update the guide and PMS settings accordingly (https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/payment-gateways/paypal-standard/)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I just ran a test that the change in PayPal setup doesn’t seem to be what is causing the issue for me, but still, my question remains in terms of updating the API info and field names

    Hi @mrcase,

I checked the PayPal business account and also the documentation from PayPal and the API credentials are the same (a User ID, Password, and Signature), documentation here: https://developer.paypal.com/api/rest/production/#obtain-your-live-paypal-credentials

If you have Live Mode payments, you must make sure that you have a PayPal business account approved by PayPal, after which you can find your API credentials if you log in to your PayPal business account and go to Account Settings-> Account Access-> click Update next to API access-> NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic) -> Manage API credentials.
