Paypal in Woocommercial does not work with base currency is CNY

It says that paypal doesnot support the currency CNY (chinese yuan)., how ever, I have contacted Customer service in paypal China and they do support CNY currency. And my paypal is a CNY account. Is there anyway to change it in woocommerce?
