PayPal HERE App not working

    PayPal plugin previously installed on Woo Commerce / WordPress ecommerce site and has worked perfectly for over a year

    Added PayPal HERE plugin to website but Woo is not showing any transactions made on ipad where PayPal HERE installed. These transactions made on ipad are processing sales to PayPal perfectly.

    Wordpress site located at Ionos has been updated to current versions and memory requirements. Site plugins all current.
    Log not showing anything. Anyone have a trouble shooting path/advice or a contact that could help.

    I’d like to understand more about your setup.

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

    Once you do that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

    Hello @alecadmin,

    Thanks for sharing the SSR. I had a look and everything seems to be good there.

    Could you please confirm if you are following the steps mentioned here while creating orders?

    Also, Ensure that your PayPal account is (a) a business account, and (b) has PayPal Here enabled. You will have to contact PayPal to enable this for your account.

    Ensure your site is served over https / has an SSL certificate.
