Paypal generic error after update to WC 4.4.1

    EDIT: it was an account problem, because it’s been closed due to a violation, so it was something payal-related. Solved

    After updating to WC version 4.4.1 paypal method does not work anymore. It returns a generic error –

    Tried to disable other woocommerce plugin, but nothing changes
    With wp_debug on true i get no errors on the site
    No particular configurations, i just have the email address in the paypal configurator (no api at the moment, but it has always worked fine until the update)

    Any help?
