    Hey folks,

when wp-optimize is enabled and while triggering a purchase via Paypal, the redirection to the PayPal Gateway (www.paypal.com/webapps/hermes?token=XXXYYYZZZZZ) takes like 8-9 seconds.

When the plugin is disabled it only takes 3 seconds. I already put
    /cart
    /cart/*
in the exclude list, but this does not work.

How do I solve this properly?

  • @teshn Could you please try to remove /cart /cart/* from excludes list, the purge the cache and then again add /cart /cart/* to the excludes list and click Save changes button and check if it helps to fix the issue?

Hello, I tried it, unfortunately no changes.

@teshn Have you performed a conflict test yet?

Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.

If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.

Please let us know your findings.
