PayPal gateway don’t add right fee to PayPal payment

Hi,
we noticed the plugin don’t send (?) the right fee value to PayPal payment page.
We tried to check if something has bad configuration, but we didn’t change anything since it initial setup. Now trying to pay through PayPal gateway, on WooCommerce the totals are correct, but when you go to PayPal the fee is replaced by a row named Extra line item with 0,01 EUR value.
This issue involve only the PayPal gateway.
