    I am noticing that customer checking out with PP Express, will have two orders in my Admin.

    The first order that shows up is always a Pending Payment order. However, the second order is always a Processing.

    Any reason why this may be happening?

    Hmmm…that’s odd. We haven’t had any other reports of this and haven’t noticed it during our testing, but we’ll take another look to see if we can find something on this quickly.

    We may need to do some troubleshooting with you directly, so if you could please submit a ticket here that would be good.

    Yes, I did. I believe this is the ticket number 851312. But when I try to search for it the ticket system, nothing shows up.
