• Hello,

Worpdres and woocommerce latest versions, php 5.6, I just found that when clicking the yellow Paypal express checkout button on products pages, I am not sent to Paypal website but to the same product page (page refresh and product not added to card).

After page is refreshed I see this added to the end of my product url:
    /?express_checkout=1

I tried disabling W3 cache and the problem persists.

After having clicked Express checkout and the page has refreshed, it will refresh again if I click again.

The only way to checkout is to click on woocommerce ADD TO CART button, then I am sent directly to Paypal website ! (but if I didn’t click a first time on Paypal express button already, the ADD TO CART button function is correct and I am not sent to Paypal).

What should I try now ?

    Thank you for your help.

Very sorry for the delay responding.

It sounds like you have a jQuery conflict going on. This could be from something in your theme or a conflicting plugin.

Did you update to WooCommerce 3.0 already? If so it could be a compatibility issue. We’re currently working on the 1.4.0 update that will resolve this, and we should have it released within a week.

If you’re still running WC 2.6 then this problem must be coming from a jQuery conflict as I mentioned. The best way to troubleshoot this is to disable other plugins temporarily to see if the issue goes away. If so, re-activate each one-by-one until the problem comes back to find the culprit. If it’s not a plugin problem then the next step would be to switch to one of the basic Twenty themes and see if the issue goes away then.

Once you find the culprit let us know and we can try to reproduce the problem here and get it fixed.

Hello, I have Woocommerce 3 and everything else updated and working fine.

Should I wait for your new plugin update ?

    Thanks a lot.

Yes, our current release is not compatible with WC 3.0. We are working on the 1.4.0 update of our plugin which will be fully compatible, and we plan to have this released within a week or so.

Thank you, I will keep checking the update and if I can help in anything for testing just tell me please.
