Paypal express email error cancel

    Hi, I use pmpro with paypal express for recurring payment. Sometimes, I received of wordpress pmpro and email with this error :

    Error: Invalid profile status for cancel action; profile should be active or suspended

    I use the last version of wp and pmpro.

    How fix it ? Thks

    Hello @miki31 ,

    When you get, these emails are the Member’s accounts canceled as they should be?

    If everything is working as it should this email could be ignored.

    When we load your check out page we see the error:

    [Warning] It looks like Stripe.js was loaded more than one time. Please only load it once per page. (v3, line 1)

    It looks like another plugin on the site is loading stripe.js, which could cause issues.

    Another reason might be that somehow people are trying to cancel twice. The second hit comes when the sub is already cancelled, causing that weird message. We do have a javascript trick to avoid double-clicks on the “cancel confirmation” page but sometimes the double cancellation still comes. Not an issue at all, btw. Just a notice.
