PayPal express email capture

  • Hi, I did have a look and I couldn’t see any previous topics on this forum about this issue.

    I’m now putting a lot more emphasis on building out our email list and this plugin works great for capturing emails on the standard checkout.

    However, we also use paypal express checkout which bypasses the standard checkout page but it has it’s own checkout / order confirmation page. Does anyone know if it is possible to include an opt in field on this page before the customer places their order? It seems like such a waste not to capture these customers as subscribers as a large amount of my customers use this checkout option.

    Hi @discountsales365

    Can you please clarify, are you referring to the PayPal payment method as setup through Woocommerce Settings > Payments, the separate plugin “PayPal Express Checkout Payment Gateway for WooCommerce” by WebToffee, or something different?

    Hi, sorry for not specifying in my first email. It is ‘WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway’ and it says it’s by woocommerce.
