Paypal Express don't redirect to billing page

You need to check the following.

– PayPal Account Optional should be enabled in your PayPal account.
– Guest Checkout should be enabled in the WooCommerce general checkout settings.
– PayPal Account Optional should be enabled in the Express Checkout settings.
– Landing Page should be set to Billing in the Express Checkout settings.

With those things in place you should get the experience you’re looking for on the Express Checkout pages. Let me know otherwise.

I already had these settings

It could have something to do with your locale code, then. Try disable the “Use WordPress Locale Code” option in the Express Checkout settings.

If that still doesn’t do it for you I would need to get a look at the log (with logging enabled in the settings) that gets saved to the /wc-logs folder.

I disabled it and nothing changed.

The request looks good, but I see that you’re based in Italy..?? Unfortunately, guest checkout is simply not available in that case. Sorry I don’t have better news for you.

but if I click on Paypal Credit on cart page I was redirected to billing page , even if I’m guest.

I guess maybe I’m not fully understanding what you are expecting. Can you provide screenshots?

One thing about what you’re seeing there is that PayPal is in the process of introducing new checkout pages for Express Checkout. What you’re showing here for PayPal Credit is the new version of the pages, and what you’re showing for the regular EC button is the old checkout page.

PayPal is split testing those, so you should actually see both versions of those pages coming up sometimes regardless of which button you use.

I can’t read this, though, so what does the regular EC button version say for the options? I see where it’s saying “Don’t have a PayPal account?” but then it is only giving you the option to create one at that point?

With PayPal credit the user would have to create an account because that only works with PayPal anyway.
