PayPal Express Checkout – Problem with Redirect to Checkout

    I can’t figure out what’s wrong after researching forums, tutorials, and other documentation online, deactivating plugins, etc.,etc., etc., so any help would be much appreciated.

    When using Express Checkout and login into PayPal to make the payment, it redirects me to Woocommerce’s checkout page. At the bottom of the page, the PayPal Express Checkout button appears but it doesn’t work, that is, you can’t click on it, therefore you can’t make the purchase.

    Hi @mafalduki ,

    I think we are not the author of the plugin you are using. You are using PayPal express checkout by woocommerce so Please report this issue to them.

    Also, if you like to avoid such issues then I would highly recommend you to install our PayPal for woocommerce plugin , configured the Express Checkout, have more control over the settings and it also has lots of other options as well.

    thanks a mil for your reply. Apologies, I didn’t realise I was in the wrong thread. I’ll try your plugin and let’s see if it solves my problems!

    hi again,

    I installed your plugin but I face the same problem. Now, instead of an inoperative button I get a Cancel Order one.

    Any help will be very appreciated.

    Do you have a URL, screenshot of what exzactly you are seeing there? Also did you tried after deactivating the other plugin or you let both active and ran the order?

    Can you make a list of steps you followed to reproduce the issue?
