Okay, well that’s strange too then. The thank you page should have the billing info, shipping info, etc. displayed for review. That’s where it would also provide shipping and tax calculations as well.
Are you able to temporarily switch to one of the basic Twenty themes to see if that issues goes away? I’m curious if you have a theme conflict. If you can, it would also be good to disable other plugins temporarily just to be sure there isn’t a plugin conflict. If it does work correctly that way, then you could re-activate one-by-one until the problem comes back to find the culprit. At that point we could see if there’s something we can do to fix it or if it’s something in the 3rd party plugin.
