@goltche1, @mattw1000, sorry for the trouble, are you getting these evey now and then or any perticular instance, also on which page you are seeing this error?

@mattw1000 the error you have shared is related to your PayPal Express checkout ( EC) api credentials, please check your keys and enter correct ones and this error will go away.

    Thanks

    Hey Oliver,

Oddly, my user name had changed automatically.

@mattw1000, well that’s interesting, please try again with valid APi credentials and then I’m sure thing are going to work as expected.
Let me know if you still need any further assistance.
    Thanks!

I have the same issue. Even if I’ve set the plugin to live it seems to call the sandbox API. I’ve triple checked my paypal credentials are correct.

Look at the logs i can read in the log file:

@mattw1000, It sounds like you must have a browser auto-filler that saw those credentials fields as a regular login field and auto-filled different values at some point while you were adjusting other options in the settings panel. Our latest version actually attempts to disable this using the “autocomplete=off” parameter, but not all versions of browsers are supporting that, so you just need to be careful about that. You might be able to exclude that settings page URL from your auto-filler so that stops happening.

@ppcervone, If you’re hitting the sandbox even though you have sandbox disabled that sounds like a database caching issue. Please make sure you’ve cleared out any caching / CDN servicse you have enabled in WordPress or on the server directly and see if that helps.
