PayPal Express Checkout Button Not Showing – Only on Checkout Page

  • I have installed your free PayPal Express Checkout plugin on my development site but am having issues with the PayPal Smart Button not showing on the checkout page. It appears fine on the product & cart pages, it’s just the checkout page that has the issue.

    I’ve setup a brand new empty WordPress/WooCommerce install with only the following installed:

    Wordpress 5.4
    WooCommerce 4.01
    Storefront Theme
    Yith PayPal Express Checkout Plugin

    You should see from the link that the PayPal Checkout buttons appear correctly on the product & cart pages but not the checkout page. When I select PayPal the box underneath is empty. It sometimes looks as though it renders when the page loads but very quickly disappears. I have checked the boxes in plugin settings for both Regular Checkout and Show PayPal button on checkout. If only one of these is checked then it’s either just the regular checkout option that appears or when ‘Show PayPal button on checkout’ alone is checked then no PayPal options appear.
