PayPal express checkout button disappear

Hi,
If checkout as guest, without login to an account, everything works fine.
If I checkout when I’m login to my account (or customers when they are login to their account) the PayPal express checkout button does not appear.I have this situation since may 30th.
So since that day I use PayPal Standard (which is really unconvenient to use for me and for my customer as well).Here is my system status that (@slash1andy) asked me.

Thanks for sending that, and so quickly.
I went to the site to see what’s going on, but I can’t seem to see the issue you are describing. I created an account, and the PayPal buttons are still showing (and working) for me even while logged in.
