PayPal Express Button in Checkout page is not working

  • Hey there,

    We installed this plugin, as we wanted to have a PayPal Express button in the WC checkout page as well. Just that button. That is why we just activated the last option in the plugin: Show PayPal Express Checkout Button on WooCommerce checkout page to open PayPal in a popup and unchecked the other three.

    Crosschecking: Show PayPal Express Checkout on WooCommerce checkout page works fine, but that is not what we wanted to achieve.

    As we wrote this issue to the YITH support Chat, they just said two of the Top 10 annoying things in the history of support, ever:

    • We provide support only our Premium plugin customers (there is no Premiumversion of this plugin, I would have purchased it)
    • We tried it on our website, it works.

    Well, I am pretty sure that this plugin works at your place. Otherwise, you shouldn’t have launched it. But it does not work here. All we ask for is a hint how to get it to work, or what could interfere with it, that is blocking it from working.

    Any Idea?

    Hello,
    to show the button on checkout page and open the popup, you need to check both options:
    – Show PayPal Express Checkout on WooCommerce checkout page.
    – Show PayPal Express Checkout Button on WooCommerce checkout page to open PayPal in a popup.

    The button will be visible after that the payment method is selected

    I checked you checkout and I see that there are other PayPal gateway enabled, it is possible that the scripts are in conflict.
    Can you try to use only PayPal Express on Checkout?
