PayPal Express button disappears on mobile

    Hi,

    I’ve got the issue that the PayPal Express button just disappears on my mobile and tablet cart page. On desktop everything is fine and the code is quite the same, so I don’t get the issue here. Already talked to the theme developers and they can’t find a reason in the template as well.

    I am using the Woocommerce Paypal Checkout Gateway Plugin.

    I think this might be an issue with the theme, could you reset you theme to a default wp-theme such as Twenty Seventeen or any of the free Storefront themes ??.. Because if it works on computer, it definitely should work on mobile as well.

    If the Pp express button shows after you set any of the themes above on mobile, then you should contact your developer / theme owner and have them fix this issue.

    Taking a look at your site css, I found out that the sections dedicated to the Pp express checkout button goes missing once the web is minimised into a mobile size.

    thanks for your response. I’ll check a standard theme out to test this.

    Hello, from inspecting the page from a pc window view, the class serving the Pp Express checkout is returned fine see screenshot https://snag.gy/Uxv1F7.jpg ..

    However, when reduced to mobile size, it goes missing..

    Meaning there is some blocking it.

    Kindly change theme and let me know the result..

    The theme is likely the cause of this.

    As a side note, when you put your request in the right forums for the plugin, then it will typically get answered in a timely fashion.
