• Hi there,

    Could you please advise how to overcome following?

    Paypal API is not happy as there is no parameter (L) sent for fixed fee (7.5) and plug-in only sends a parameter with the value of total sum (250+fixed fee).

    [L_PAYMENTREQUEST_0_AMT0] => 250
    [L_PAYMENTREQUEST_0_QTY0] => 1
    [PAYMENTREQUEST_0_AMT] => 257.5

    [L_ERRORCODE0] => 10413
    [L_SHORTMESSAGE0] => Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.
    [L_LONGMESSAGE0] => The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.
    [L_SEVERITYCODE0] => Error

    @dots I have removed your reply. Serious question and please don’t ignore this. Why exactly are you sending users from here to your ticket system?

    If you need to contact the moderators about this then you can do so via the Slack #forums channel.

    To use that channel you need a Slack account. You can obtain one via these instructions.

    @dots @jdembowski Hi guys, thanks for your prompt reply.
    I managed to solve my problem by using another payment gw plug-in that allows sending fees as separate items to Paypal Express API. Wish you a happy xmas and a new year.

    Hello @tgunergun,

    Thanks for the update and sorry for the inconvenience with our plugin.

    We will look in detail about the “PayPal express” error and try to reproduce the same error at our side and if found then we resolve in the future release.

    Thanks,
