In the past, we’ve used this plugin successfully. However, it now appears to no longer be working correctly with PayPal. When I press the button that the plugin provides, it redirects to a PayPal page showing that the shopping cart is empty. I suspect PP made some changes that are not reflected in the current version of the plugin.

For reference, WordPress 4.9.10 running Thesis theme. I think that this particular theme breaks if we go to WP 5.x.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @pierrel2,

I just tested your event with different ticket quantities and it worked perfectly fine. I’m not seeing any problems at all.

If you choose a quantity of 0, it will give an error message, that is normal.

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hello
I started to use the PayPal Events Plugin (free version). Two issues, the first is that I noticed the plugin does not allow for a Guest Checkin – Is this correct?

Second Issue, the purchase transactions are not showing up in our paypal account. Both myself and our bookkeeper received by email the New Customer Order with the Customer Order ID, and the PayPal ID, but these purchases are not showing up in our account.
