PayPal error when select "Round tax at subtotal level"

I added the tax information accordingly, then I have all my PayPal settings filled out and when I check out I get the PayPal error stating the items amount was entered in appropriately. All my settings are up to date, what do I do? I tried the GitHub codes and nothing!
