    Hello @wuttge !

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve experienced an issue while using Forminator!

We’ll need to check the form itself in this case, would you be able to provide an export for us? Here are the steps:

    How to export: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

After exporting, please share the code using a service such as https://pastebin.com (free)

Please always make sure to use such service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.

    Kind regards,
    Pawel

    Hi @wuttge

    I hope you’re well today!

Thank you for sharing the form. I’ve imported it to my own site to check it and form settings all seem fine. However, there are certain settings that are neve included in import so I cannot check them and, based on your description and last post, I think they would be relevant here.

Let me start with the sandbox mode. I understand that when testing payment you are using the PayPal account rather than credit card. If PayPal field is set to “sandbox” mode, it requires you to use a either testing credit card numbers or a sandbox paypal account and not your real/active business account. With a real account it will give errors.

When I tested the form on my own setup in sandbox mode (I’ve disabled e-mail notifications so you wouldn’t be spammed with my testing) it worked fine with cards and my sandbox account – but it also used my own PayPal settings.

Which leads me to the second part: can you please double-check and confirm for sure that PayPal configuration on “Formiantor -> Settings -> Payments” page is correct? Not that credentials for Snandbox and Live mode are and should be different.

Finally, please do one small change in the form:

    – edit field “radio-1” on form and adjust its options’ values (values, not labels) both to be lowercase and no special/national characters
    – save (update) the form
    – go to e-mail notifications and edit them both to set their conditions again; note: conditions may at first appear as if they are set correctly but do set them again anyway
    – then update the form again.

Please give it a try and test the form again and update us here about results.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
