PayPal error (2): An error (2) occurred while processing your PayPal payment

    I get this error message:
    PayPal error (2): An error (2) occurred while processing your PayPal payment. Please contact the store owner for assistance.

    When attempting to check out using the Express Checkout option. It successfully creates an order in Woocommerce but never forwards on for payment.

    Any clues?
