PayPal error (10730)

    Hello

    im selling digital products in my store, 
in the checkout page, i need only the email from the customers.
So, when i removed the shipping address, the order was not completed.
i get this error
PayPal error (10730): The ZIP code or postal code in your shipping address is not valid. Please double-check your shipping address and try again.
any help, please.

    If I’m understanding correctly, you’re selling digital products and are wanting to remove the shipping fields from your checkout page.

    I would suggest making sure that you have made your products Virtual products as they automatically don’t include the shipping fields during checkout. Here’s an article that explains Product Types with regard to how shipping information is excluded from Virtual products.

    I’m also noticing that as this plugin is no longer supported, as of Sept 1, 2021, I suggest switching to the PayPal Payments plugin
