    Hi!
If I try to pay with existing paypal account I get this: PayPal error (10730): The ZIP code or postal code in your shipping address is not valid. Please double-check your shipping address and try again.
If I try to pay with card without creating paypal account I get this: Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.
How can I solve it? I found the same request but without any solutions.

    Hey there,

It sounds like the address that you’re filling in on the card is throwing a validation error based on the zipcode. Can you pay on other sites using that card?

If you try a test order with a different card, does it work correctly?

Hi! I tried to use three different cards issued by three different banks in two different countries. And I paid by two of those cards on other sites.

Hi @delirii – That error is returned by PayPal. As Hannah mentioned, the key here is going to be more testing to find the root of the issue.

This kind of problem can be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. At least by doing this you’ll be able to narrow down the issue some.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Thanks a lot. I know how to test compatibility ))) Will do it on monday and write result here. Sorry that didn’t do it before asking for your help but I thought that cannot be caused by other plugind or theme. I don’t know why.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
