PayPal error (10605)

I tried to accept debit/credit cards without Paypal, but it’s not possible. From the beginning, Paypal Express checkout was built-in, so I tried to use it, but it doesn’t offer an option for not signing up Paypal, but just use their credit card transaction service.

Also, the built-in Paypal makes an error when I choose to accept payments by Korean Won (KRW) I tried to resolve this issue by downloading ” PayPal Currency Converter BASIC for WooCommerce”, but it doesn’t work. It reads “PayPal error (10605): An error (10605) occurred while processing your PayPal payment. Please contact the store owner for assistance.” So, 1) how can I accept debit/credit cards without the Paypal 2) in the case of using Paypal, how can I accept the payment by KRW?
