PayPal error 10002 Woocommerce

I saw the other post about this item but even though that issue is luckily solved I couldn’t find enough help in the thread to sort out my own problem.
Does anyone know what I should do?
Whenever I test live, i.e. make a payment, I get this PayPal error 10002. It’s not good for business I’m afraid…At the backend both sandbox and live envirenment are checked. All API have been checked and double checked. PayPal doesn’t help at all…
